The service

Fikamail prepares email campaigns from a connected Shopify store. Campaigns require merchant approval. Access is by invitation, and requesting access does not create a paid account or guarantee an invitation.

The contracting provider is Y CORP AS. Company and contact details are available on our contact page.

Your account and store

You must be authorized to act for the business and connect its store. Keep account access secure and review the access you give team members. You remain responsible for the store information, products and content you provide.

Reviewing and sending email

Review the audience, product details, prices, claims and links before approving a campaign. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Fikamail’s checks do not replace your responsibility for the campaigns you authorize.

Only send to recipients you are permitted to contact. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk email, deceptive offers, unlawful content or attempts to bypass consent and suppression controls. Sending can be paused when account setup, recipient eligibility or sending limits do not permit delivery.

Content and data

You retain your rights in the content you supply. Fikamail needs permission to process it to provide the service and use the service providers described in the privacy notice. Processing of merchant customer data must be covered by a separate data processing agreement.

Fees and cancellation

Fikamail is a paid service. Pricing and allowances are agreed with each merchant before paid use. An access request alone does not authorize a charge.

Billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refunds and the treatment of unused allowances must be confirmed in the merchant agreement. These commercial terms are awaiting owner confirmation.

Availability and results

The service is in early development and depends on Shopify, email delivery and other providers. Features can change and interruptions can occur. Email delivery, inbox placement, sales and other business results are not guaranteed.

Ending access and handling data

Contact us to discuss closing your account or obtaining your data. Disconnecting Shopify does not itself settle outstanding billing or delete every retained record. The privacy notice explains data handling.

Final agreement

These draft terms require review before adoption, including the governing law, liability provisions, notice of changes and any merchant-specific terms. They do not replace an existing signed agreement.
