Service providers

This is a technical inventory based on the product, not a finalized contractual subprocessor list. Provider legal entities, actual deployment regions, transfer safeguards and agreements need to be confirmed before production publication.

Clerk: access requests, authentication, invitations and company membership.
Cloudflare: website and application hosting, background processing and queues.
Neon / Postgres hosting: application and store records. Confirm the production hosting entity and region.
Amazon Web Services: email delivery and delivery feedback through Amazon SES.
OpenRouter and configured model providers: campaign planning, writing, design and revisions. Confirm the downstream model providers and data handling terms.
PostHog: product events and optional, consent-based website analytics when configured.
Stripe or Shopify billing: payment and subscription handling, depending on the billing arrangement.

Shopify supplies the commerce data when a merchant authorizes a connection. The exact contractual role of each provider must be documented in the final data processing agreement.
